Hemu House Hotel - Fenghuang

Wonderful, excellent location easy to go to the popular areas. And near the west gate which is easy to get traveling attractions. Very comfy bed in the budget double room, plus central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk.

It was stunning, luxury and with balconies.

Fairly clean property with outstandingly accommodating staff with excellent service. A good choice of fabulous food.

Convenient location near the famous Hong Bridge, surrounded by shops and restaurants, the main night market, the river, and all main attractions. Plenty of food options within a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

Stylish room with a nice view of mountain and western toilet, for example, and there's public parking onsite, if you travel by car.

The location of this place was amazing, super close to all the cool tourist spots. Plus, there were plenty of great restaurants nearby, right by the prettiest part of the river and the historic city center. 🌟.

The location is spectacular, situated near a fantastic local restaurant Xiangxi Shiji close to the West Gate, the river, night market, and the charming attractions of the old town.

The room was great, it was new and had a balcony, and the price was reasonable.

I had a great stay at a lovely little hostel in a bustling area. The room was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect for exploring all the nearby attractions. The owner was helpful and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and dine. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered at the hostel. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Provided transport directions and diagram before arrival, very helpful. Quiet and well-managed location, away from noisy streets but still within walkable distance to the city. I had a great, affordable room with a Chinese-style toilet, and the hotel was conveniently located near lots of tourist spots.

The location is perfect, right in the center of the old city, just a few minutes' walk to the river and many restaurants and cafes. It's also very close to the central square where all the dancing happens. the room is clean and comfortable, with helpful staff who provide great advice on what to do in the area.

The bathroom could use better lighting.

The hotel has very friendly and helpful staff and is conveniently located near bars and restaurants, especially close to Wanmingta.

Hemu House is a hidden gem tucked away in the alleys of the Old Town. Its central location allows guests to easily explore the charming ancient city by foot. The friendly and English-speaking staff, particularly Veronica, go above and beyond in providing excellent service. Despite its basic amenities, the hotel ensures cleanliness throughout, with clean rooms and western-style bathrooms. Moreover, the affordable prices make it a great value for money option.

All was perfect during my stay at this hotel.
